Onsite Fit Testing is a division of Arbor Environmental. We provide onsite respiratory fit testing, medical evaluations, and respiratory protection program services to employers in California and across the United States.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a quote, download a resource, fill out a form, or contact us. This typically includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, job site or service address, the number of employees needing fit testing, and any details you choose to share in a free-text message.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site — including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed — through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager).
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, and schedule services.
- To send you the resources or downloads you requested (e.g., the Fit Testing Field Guide).
- To send follow-up email about your inquiry. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
- To measure site performance and improve content and forms.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — for example, our lead-routing tool (Zoho Flow), email and CRM systems, analytics providers, and hosting infrastructure (Vercel). These vendors are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data to deliver services to us.
We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Onsite Fit Testing, our clients, or others.

7. Data retention
We retain lead and customer information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations. Service and compliance records (medical evaluations, fit test results) are retained per OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the site.
9. Children
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
